Dan Oancea

Dan Oancea is a seasoned international business leader with a distinguished career spanning Europe and Asia. With deep expertise in marketing, brand strategy, and communications, he has consistently driven growth and innovation across diverse industries. Currently based in Munich, Dan serves as Head of Central Europe for NextAtlas, where he spearheads AI-driven consumer insight initiatives and leads strategic engagements with global clients, delivering consistent double-digit growth.

His leadership journey includes pivotal roles such as CEO and Managing Director of Ogilvy Group in France and South Korea, where he orchestrated complex mergers, led global brand transformations, and delivered award-winning campaigns—most notably the Cannes Golden Lion-winning Coke Twin Can design. Dan’s strategic acumen was also evident during his tenure at The Coca-Cola Company and  Richemont Group (Tobacco Division BAT London) where he managed the luxury brand Dunhill.
Complementing his corporate achievements, Dan is a passionate educator, lecturing in Marketing and Business Strategy at EU Business School in Munich. His teaching style blends real-world case studies with an engaging “edutainment” approach, inspiring future business leaders.
