Bio
Founder, cross-cultural communication expert, and business consultant with over a decade of international experience,Ielyzaveta brings a global perspective to both teaching and practice. She holds Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Pedagogical Psychology, as well as a postgraduate-level qualification in Adult Teaching.
Ielyzaveta's professional interests focus on talent development, diversity, and inclusion in modern management, with particular emphasis on integrating these values into leadership and organizational development.
Over the course of her career, she has worked with internationally recognized organizations in Europe, North America, and Asia. Beginning at Hilton, she later advanced to a Team Developer role with Marriott in California, gaining extensive expertise in hospitality and global business development. More recently, as a Communication Consultant at Pop Mart in Beijing, Ielyzaveta supported strategic communication and brand growth in the retail and creative industry.
As a lecturer, Ielyzaveta draws on her academic training and wide-ranging professional background to provide students with practical insights into global business environments. She is dedicated to preparing future leaders to approach management with innovation, inclusivity, and a truly international mindset.
