Bio
Dr. Mayank Sharma, is a passionate educator, researcher, and academic leader with over 15 years of experience in higher education, research, and administration across spread across Germany & India.
He earned his PhD in Marketing on the theme of Brand Management. He holds specialised degrees of MA International Management, MBA (Marketing) and achieved his bachelors in business administration. He also holds a degree in Education Administration & Management, and a diploma in Intellectual Property Right Laws.
Currently, he serves as a Professor of Marketing & International Management at EU Business School, Munich campus, and as an Accredited Lecturer at the University of Derby, UK and Dublin Business School, Ireland courses. His expertise spans Strategic Marketing, Marketing Mgmt., International Business, Sales & Distribution, Responsible Management, Brand Management, Sports Marketing, and Consumer Behavior, complemented by leadership in curriculum development and student mentorship.
Beyond teaching, he has contributed extensively to research with over 13 peer-reviewed publications, 3 Scopus-indexed book chapters, and 3 curriculum books in Marketing. His global academic engagements include 27+ participations, notably Erasmus+ research on Sustainability in International Business at the University of Maribor, Slovenia. Additionally, he has led high-impact workshops, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and Executive Training Programs, while actively supporting examinations, accreditation and other quality assurance initiatives holding administrative positions over years.
He has also worked as ‘Marketing Content Specialist’ at STABL Energy GmbH, Munich.
