Bio
Olga Leontjeva is a Professor at the EU Business School. Holding a PhD from the University of Latvia, her research interests focus on employees training and sustainability in Human Resource Management, as well as ethical and effective HR recruitment and selection using contemporary tools. She has presented her work at various international conferences such as World Multi-Conference on Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics, International Conference on Human Resources Development and Management, World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology and other, as well as contributing to various press articles. Olga works in education for more than 10 years and has experience working with international NGOs and European Commission, Human Resources and Security Department.
