Tanna Brodbar

A dual US / Canadian citizen, Cristanna Brodbar has extensive experience as a senior executive, business owner, executive coach, lecturer, and speaker. Tanna’s 25+ years of career experience spans risk management, strategy, marketing, process management, and technology across insurance and banking sectors, media, and nonprofits in the US and Canada. Her diverse experience positions her to bring highly strategic, broad perspectives to teaching, and her practical pedagogy is informed by an outstanding real-life track record delivering results both as a business leader driving strategy and transformational change, as well as head of specialized risk functions. Tanna’s boutique firm, Percepta Leadership, specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, psychotherapy and coach training services. Tanna holds two Master's degrees: an MBA in Leadership (EU Business School, magna cum laude) and MA in Humanities (York University, Canada). Tanna is also certified as an ICF ACC-level coach and a Board-Certified Coach (Center for Credentialing & Education). Tanna is currently training to become a Registered Psychotherapist.
