Bio
Xavi Marlasca Roig is a seasoned strategy consultant and educator with a rich background in digital transformation, customer experience, and innovation. He began his career at Procter & Gamble in the Consumer and Market Knowledge Department, laying the foundation for a dual trajectory in consulting and academia. He later joined Deloitte Digital, where he spent five years as a Strategy Senior Consultant, leading Agile and Waterfall projects for clients such as Nespresso, Volkswagen, Prosegur, and Caixabank.
His international experience expanded at Schneider Electric, where he served as Global Digital Project Managers Coordinator and Agile Coach. He also held a managerial role at A Piece of Pie, overseeing a global market research initiative on HIV vaccines across eight countries.
Currently, Xavi is the Commercial Director (CCO) of Happy or Not’s Spanish dealership, helping top-tier clients like Nike, Aena, Microsoft, and Nestlé enhance their customer and employee experience. He is also the co-founder and co-coordinator of the ISE Hackathon, a global case competition on innovation, sustainability, and cybersecurity held at the world’s largest audiovisual event. Additionally, he contributes to wellbeing initiatives as a partner at FeliciCat, the Catalan Institute of Happiness.
In academia, Xavi teaches across leading institutions including ESADE and EU Business School, covering programs from Executive Education to MSc and MBA. He is also co-author of a published case study at Tecnológico de Monterrey, further cementing his commitment to bridging theory and practice.
